Hi - can anyone help - I am looking to improve the early test planning phase - and would like to create a list of generic risks where mitigation occurs via testing. So I am looking for product, project, environment (etc) types of things such as scalability (tested via performance testing), security (tested via security testing) etc, but I am not looking for technical or people (etc) types of things (such as mouse unplugged, server switched off, key tester may be on another project etc).

Because they are generic, not every project will have all of them - but my list wants to be sufficient to help my test managers to think about more than functional / UAT (etc) needs for tests.

Any suggestions to get my creative thought juices flowing will be most welcome.
