Investment Bank - Test Analyst/Test Lead/Test Manager Opportunities

Hi All,

I work as a specialist testing recruitment consultant for investment banks and the financial markets and am always on the look out for good people to work with in the future.

I work across both the permanent and contract areas for top investment banks such as Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Barclays Capital etc. and I would be keen to speak with anyone who is interested in getting into this industry, either giving advice on the market itself, speaking with any of you about relevant opportunities and making suggestions on what needs to be included in CV's.

Many organisations are frightened of changing alignment to traditional Test Management frameworks such as ISEB and ISTQB; but is that because there are no new innovations in Test Management techniques and frameworks, or is it because the widely recognised frameworks are seen as best practice rather than practical.
